BUSINESS PROCESS AUTOMATION

Make the handoffs work. Give your team time back.

We engineer automation workflows across the systems your business already uses. Capture information, apply rules, update applications and route exceptions to the right people.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Your team should not be the integration.

When information moves through emails, spreadsheets and disconnected applications, people spend time copying, checking and chasing it. We map that work, make its rules explicit, and build controlled workflows that reduce repetitive administration.

WHAT WE CAN ENGINEER

Scope built around
your requirements.

Capabilities are selected for your process, users and systems. Every engagement has an agreed scope.

Capture & preparation

Collect the information a workflow needs.

  • Email and attachment processing
  • Excel, spreadsheet and file automation
  • PDF and document extraction
  • Classification, transformation and validation

Application workflows

Move work across available system interfaces.

  • Web and desktop application automation
  • Business portals and legacy software
  • ERP, CRM and accounting workflows
  • Data entry and system synchronization

Integration engineering

Choose the connection method for the system.

  • API and database integration
  • Scheduled processing and exports
  • Queues and workload orchestration
  • Attended and unattended workflows

Operational control

Keep rules and exceptions visible.

  • Business-rule validation
  • Approval routing and human review
  • Exception handling and reconciliation
  • Audit trails and activity logging

Reporting & coordination

Keep people informed as work progresses.

  • Report generation
  • Status updates and notifications
  • Document and file archiving
  • Workflow visibility

Automation care

Adapt as systems and processes change.

  • Health checks and error review
  • Application-change adjustments
  • Monitoring and issue resolution
  • Scoped improvements and technical reviews

HOW IT FITS TOGETHER

From trigger to traceable result.

A repeatable path handles routine cases. Defined exception paths pause work, request input or route it for review when a rule cannot be satisfied.

PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS

Start with a real
operational problem.

Illustrative scenarios—not client case studies or claims of existing integrations.

Email to business system

An inbox receives attachments that staff download, read and re-enter into an application.

Monitor incoming items, extract required information, validate it, update the target system and record the result. Route incomplete or ambiguous items for review.

Recurring spreadsheet work

Each reporting period starts with collecting files, checking columns and copying figures.

Collect agreed inputs, validate structure, apply transformations and prepare a consistent output with a record of exceptions.

Work behind a portal

A process requires retrieving information from a portal and updating an internal system.

Review permissions and interface stability, then automate supported steps with controlled access, error handling and operational logging.

ENGAGEMENT OPTIONS

A clear starting point.
A scope that fits.

Share the requirements, constraints and existing systems. We will define a practical path to implementation.

Automation Assessment
$750–$1,500

Discovery, workflow mapping, system review, feasibility and exception analysis, an initial business-case review, and an implementation recommendation. The assessment fee may be credited toward implementation when specified in your agreement.

PROJECT ENGAGEMENT

Workflow

Starting at
$3,500

A well-defined process with a limited number of applications.

  • Workflow mapping and implementation
  • Predictable business rules
  • Standard validation and exception paths
  • Testing, documentation and handoff
Discuss Your Scope

PROJECT ENGAGEMENT

Enterprise

Custom quote · typically
$15,000+

Multiple workflows or department-level automation programs.

  • Multiple applications and environments
  • Queues and advanced monitoring
  • Complex exception management
  • Scaling, governance and production planning
Discuss Your Scope

Starting prices describe possible engagements, not fixed scope commitments. Final pricing depends on requirements, features, platforms, integrations, infrastructure, security and delivery timeline. Every process is evaluated individually.

SUPPORT AFTER LAUNCH

Automation Care Plans

Optional technical support for the systems your business depends on. Coverage, response expectations and change allowances are agreed in your plan.

Build & Handoff
No ongoing plan required.

Choose an agreed production implementation with documentation, environment and deployment handoff, and initial launch support. Application projects may include an app-store transition. Ownership and intellectual-property terms are defined in the project agreement. Later work is quoted separately or covered by a care plan.

ONGOING CARE

Essential

Starting at
$299/month

Keep a focused automation workflow in view.

  • Automation health checks
  • Error review and minor fixes
  • Compatibility monitoring
  • Limited support hours defined in your plan
Discuss Your Scope

ONGOING CARE

Growth

Starting at
$749/month

Support workflows as applications and requirements change.

  • Monitoring and issue resolution
  • Minor workflow changes
  • Application-change adjustments
  • Reporting and priority support
Discuss Your Scope

ONGOING CARE

Business

Starting at
$1,500+/month

Coordinated care across multiple production workflows.

  • Multiple-workflow monitoring
  • Priority production support
  • Optimization and change management
  • Reporting and scheduled technical reviews
Discuss Your Scope

Starting prices describe possible engagements, not fixed scope commitments. Final pricing depends on requirements, features, platforms, integrations, infrastructure, security and delivery timeline. Every process is evaluated individually.

Care plans are optional. Included time, rollover rules, response expectations and exclusions are defined in your agreement. Complex applications and workflows may need a custom support plan.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

What processes are good candidates for automation?

Processes with recurring volume, clear rules, accessible inputs and repeatable steps are good candidates. Exceptions, application stability, data sensitivity and business value are part of the assessment.

Do our systems need APIs?

APIs are often a useful integration method, but they are not the only one. Web or desktop interfaces, files and database connections may be appropriate after reviewing access, reliability and permissions.

What happens when a workflow encounters an exception?

We define exception paths during design. A workflow may pause, retry safely, notify an operator or request human review. The goal is to make unresolved work visible, not silently continue with bad data.

Can automation run unattended?

Some workflows can run on a schedule or event without a person initiating each run. Suitability depends on access, business rules and operational risk. Human review remains part of processes that require judgment.

Can an existing automation be improved?

Yes. We can assess its logic, logging, failure patterns, interfaces and operating environment before proposing scoped improvements.

How do you define scope and timing?

We review the users, systems, rules, dependencies and acceptance criteria before proposing a delivery plan. Timing depends on the agreed scope, access to systems, feedback and third-party requirements.

Can you work with existing systems?

We assess the available APIs, interfaces, access permissions and operational constraints. Where an API is unavailable, other approaches may be possible after a feasibility review. We do not assume every system can be connected.
